Order Processing


1. How long does it take for TOMO Power Bank to process the order?
Your order will be generally shipped out within 24 Hours from our warehouses located in either Los Angeles CA. USA or China. If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. You’ll get an email with the tracking number once your order ships.

 

2. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
TOMO Power Bank will only ship to the Paypal address due to safety concerns. For people wishing to change their address, please leave the delivery address through a Paypal message before 2am EST the day of your order. so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. A new addresses noted in email is invalid.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?
(A): If your order has not been shipped out , please contact support@tomopowerbank.com for a refund by using the order number given on purchase and your Paypal transaction ID.

(B): If your order already been shipped out, you can refuse it or return it in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual fees already incurred.
