Shipping Guide

All orders will be shipped with a Tracking Number via China Post Registered Air Mail/ USPS/ DHL Global Mail, we make sure to use the best third party logistics services in order to outsource operational logistics from warehousing.
If you want to switch from free shipping to an alternate shipping method, there will be additional shipping costs based on the value of the order placed and will vary from country to country, we do make sure to use a cheap courier insurance so all of your orders will be covered.

The delivery time for China Post Registered Air Mail/ DHL Global Mail is usually 10 to 35 business days and 3 to 7 business days for express. The registry airmail time varies depending on the country. For the United States and the UK, it takes about 10 to 20 business days. For South America (excluding overseas territories), it will take about 15 to 28 business days. For France, Spain, Italy and Germany, it will take about 10 to 15 business days. For Thailand or Malaysia, it will take 10 to 20 business days. For other countries that are not mentioned above, it will take about 15 to 35 business days.

Note: shipping information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time could vary, due to delays caused by Holiday,peak season ,customs clearance, flight delays, bad weather ,weekends etc. sometimes delivery date maybe put off 7-10 days is normal situation.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (this may take up to 24 hours).  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS, FedEx or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS), DHL(1-800-225-5345), or UPS(1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS, UPS, or DHL fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS), DHL(1-800-225-5345) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at in before 2am EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is waiting to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you’d like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees).

Tax and Customs duties handled:
At TOMOpowerbank , no products are taxed. However, customs officials inspect shipping boxes at random. TOMOpowerbank cannot ensure that your package will remain uninspected and the customer will need to pay taxes at the request of authorities. TOMOpowerbank is not responsible for the package which return back or destroy by local custom due to The recipient refuse to pay custom duty.
